Michael harbors a deep passion for teaching across various educational levels He played a role as a national advocate for the expansion of early childhood education in partnership with the US Department of Education. Simultaneously, he enriched the academic landscape at Monmouth University, where he shared his expertise as a teaching fellow within the doctoral degree program in education leadership, demonstrating his commitment to fostering educational growth at every stage.
